MAKING CONTACT - INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION AND SITE SURVEY
To get the ball rolling contact us for a free brochure and site survey. This is where we visit you and you can ask any questions. Together we create a design specification for your new build. We will gather all the necessary information and talk to you and show you various material options. We will explore layout, functionality and the aesthetic design.
BESPOKE DESIGN AND PRICE
Utopian Garden Rooms use the specification to create your ideal living space. We provide you with 2d plans and 3d computer generated images of your new build so you can see what your bespoke space will look like. We take care of planning as we have our trusted planing consultant and architect. We look after the whole process. Along with the price you will have a precise projected timeline of the build process.
FINALISE DESIGN AND SET START DATE
This is where we fine tune your design if necessary and make sure we are ready to go. We will set a start and completion date at this stage and then we start manufacturing your luxury garden space in our workshop. We manufacture as much of your garden room as we can on our premises before we get to you home, as this limits the disruption to you.
BUILD PROCESS
Once we are on site we are there until the job is completed. All our employees are highly skilled, polite and have been trained to be as efficient and economical as possible. We conduct ourselves with Utopian ethos of delivering the best service possible. The site will be set up in accordance with HSE standards and have all amenities for our workpeople to use. We also take waste management seriously and recycle when possible. The site will be left clean and tidy at the end of each day so its not an eyesore to you and your neighbours.
