Please note the following prices are based on our basic model consisting of:

1. Redwood cladding

2. Celotex insulation.

3. A square/rectangular shaped

construction.

 

Any of these factors can be varied depending on your preference however this will change price therefore this table should be used as a guide.

* Cladding options we offer are Siberian Larch, British western red Cedar, Canadian western red Cedar, Douglas fir and Composite man made cladding.

* Insulation options are Knauff rock wool or Celotex/Kingspan foam insulation board. We also offer specialist acoustic insulation and acoustic plasterboard.

All prices include base, foundation, construction finished with a painted interior, aluminium bifold doors, laminate flooring and electrics.
